No Hassles Return Policy

Polwarth Design understands that buying fashion clothing online is convenient. However, it doesn't give you the opportunity to try items on first, and sometimes they don't work out as we hoped they would. To make things easy for you, we have a Peace of Mind return policy. Any item bought online at www.polwarthdesign.co.nz can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding sale items or reduced items,  provided that the items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

How to Return or Exchange

Please take care to pack the item/s securely. Fill out and include the bottom portion of the Polwarth Design packing slip received with the item/s. If you are unable to enclose the packing slip, please ensure your order number, name, and billing address is included.

Please do not attempt to reuse the original courier packaging to return your item to us. All return postage must be prepaid by the returnee.

Unfortunately Polwarth Design can only refund delivery charges if the item was damaged or defective, or if we’ve sent the wrong item.

We recommend you track and trace the parcel to ensure safe and documented delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for any lost parcels.

We track and trace to you for this very reason.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding your original postage costs (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), within 5 days of receiving your returned item. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. We recommend retaining your proof of postage until you receive your refund.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item from us, please return the item to Polwarth Design by following the return instructions on the packing slip, and clearly marking ‘Damaged/Defective’ when indicating the reason for the return. Provide comments if necessary. A replacement item will be sent to you (no delivery fee applies). Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of the item for your replacement to be processed. If we are unable to replace the item, a  staff member will contact you directly.

Exchanges

Please return the incorrect item to Polwarth Design  by following the return instructions on the packing slip, and clearly marking ‘For Exchange’ when indicating the reason for the return. If the replacement size or colour is no longer available, a  staff member will contact you directly with further options. We recommend that you contact us to reserve your new size and/or colour to avoid missing out. Please allow 5-7 (New Zealand) for redelivery. Although you will need to pay the delivery fee to return the item/s to Polwarth Design, you will not be charged a delivery fee for the replacement item.

We do not allow sale or reduced items to be exchanged or returned. Please be aware of this policy.
